Refunds & Returns

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied wth your order, you may return any item(s) to us except for ("Final Sale, Clearance, Discontinued, Seasonal, Limited Collection and Gift Card" ) items, for a refund/exchange. We have a 14-day retun shipping policy. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping label charges. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method for your returns.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION TO RECIEVE A RETURN/EXCHANGE.

To return/exchange any purchased item(s), please email [email protected] to recieve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. After you recieve your RMA number, please securely place all returnable items in its original packaging. Once We have recieved your items, they will be inspected upon return and you will be notifed if your refund/exchange was approved or not approved.

REFUND POLICY

If you chose to get a refund for your approved retunable items, please allow 10 business days for your credit card company or bank to process and post your refund amount. Please note, bank holidays may cause a longer delay in reciveing your refund. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card comapany first, then contact us so we can help you recieve your refund promptly.

DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at [email protected] immedialty regarding any damages, missing/wrong items or defective items. So we can evaluate the situation and make it right. 

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at [email protected]    within 48 hours of recieving your package. please include photos and a description of the damage in your email. Please do not use any damaged items before emailing us, this may hinder our ability to see the damage.

ALL RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

 

FINAL SALE

Final Sale, Clearance, Discontinued, Seasonal, Limited Collection and Gift Cards are NOT eligible for a Refund, Return or Exchange. If you do not care for these items, they make the perfect gift  for friends, family or coworkers. 

 

NOTE-

Wax melts and other related products are subject to soften or melt during high or extreme heat temperatures. Items that melt while sitting in prolonged hot tempertures, we cannot be liable for. We recommend these items be shipped where they will be recived promptly at your home/business, so they may be kept in cool temperatures. If packages are kept outside in hot temperatures, wax melts and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.
