Order Processing Time
All orders are hand poured and processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays. If additional time is needed, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Once processed, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout; however, delivery speed is ultimately determined by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please:

1. Check with household members or neighbors
2. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If an address change is needed, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
