Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange, subject to the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
- Final Sale items
- Clearance items
- Discontinued items
- Seasonal items
- Limited Collection items
- Gift Cards
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include the RMA number with your return.
- Ship your return to the address below.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. You will be notified via email within 48 hours, whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved and you choose a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Bank holidays may cause additional delays.

Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can make it right.
- Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos and a brief description of the issue.
- Do not use damaged items before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to evaluate the claim.
Proof of Purchase
All returns, refunds, and exchanges require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale, Clearance, Discontinued, Seasonal, Limited Collection items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. If these items aren’t quite right for you, they make wonderful gifts for friends, family, or coworkers.
